My husband needed a NYS inspection so he called Thursday to see about getting it in and they said we could do a drop off that night and they would do it Friday. They called Friday morning to say that they couldn't pass it because the one tire tread wouldn't pass, so my husband said okay just change all the tires. So we paid the $1352 to get all 4 tires, no problem. They called at 2:07 saying we could pick it up, we went and picked it up around 2:30 and my husband went to the store, on his way back from the store he noticed his truck was all of a sudden saying it can't go over 80 mph, like it flashed up on his screen. He then also noticed that the volume on his car won't go over 14. He tried to call the garage to say what happened at 3:08 but they were already closed. He then called today on his lunch break and was told that it was issue before we dropped it off, which is absolutely wasn't, and when he asked if they would fix it they told him that's something ford would have to fix so he asked if they would pay for that then since they caused the issue and they told him no.
